    We collect nonpublic personal information about clients from the following sources

bulletInformation we receive from clients on applications or other forms
bulletInformation about client transactions with us, our affiliate, or others, and
bulletInformation we receive to prepare client tax returns

    We do not disclose, and do not wish to reserve the right to disclose,  any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to nonaffiliated third parties.

    We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about clients to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to said clients.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Business Continuity Plan Disclosure Statement

 

In the event of a significant business disruptions, whether internal or external, SCH
Enterprises will attempt to continue normal business operations, either at our current location 690 W. Northfield Drive #100, (317)852-8184, or at our alternative location, 29 Masters Circle, (317)892-5790, both in Brownsburg, Indiana.  A Business Continuity Plan has been developed and is available at our office locations.  In the event of loss of normal communications, or of loss of records, we will exhaust all available means (telephone, e-mail, U.S. mail, etc.) to continue to stay in contact with customers, and will work diligently with the mutual fund and insurance companies with whom we do business to recover copies of all relevant data.  In the event that SCH Enterprises cannot continue normal business operations, customers may deal directly with the mutual fund or insurance companies that maintain the specific accounts.
